The Mediterranean Association of Environmental and Resource Economists (MEDAERE) serves to unite researchers working on the Mediterranean in the field of environmental and natural resource economics. It promotes interdisciplinarity, remaining open to researchers and educators from any discipline working on environment and resource management in the Mediterranean.

Our focus is on fostering long-term sustainability in environmental and resource economics across the Mediterranean and with our neighbouring regions through a creative, collaborative and open-minded community of researchers.
